Lithuania pay transparency law

Lithuania transposed the EU Pay Transparency Directive by Law No. XV-969; most provisions apply from June 7, 2026 and pay reporting from January 1, 2027. Applicants are entitled to the initial pay or its range before the interview at the latest.
